Pack Design

Our focus was on cost savings and sustainability. We believe this would easily be achievable moving from the “Rollover Style” to the “Raw Edge/Single-wall Style based on the footprints of each style. We estimated a 30% reduction in board usage with an anticipated $ 515K Cost Savings.

Graphic Adaptation

"Moving to Digital Print reduces the paper usage by about 15%, due to the fact we would no longer require printing of lithographic sheets.
Digital print is set-up quicker than lithography with little waste. (100’s of sheets are scrapped during litho start-up.)"
